Program Description
As a Pediatric Primary Care Learning Collaborative participant, you will have access to a series of web-based learning collaboratives. Upon completion of each learning collaborative requirement, you will be eligible to receive MOC Part 2 and CME credits.
Learning Objectives

Develop strategies to screen, identify, diagnose, treat, and manage common conditions seen in pediatric primary care, incorporating evidence-based guidelines and interprofessional collaboration.

Recognize clinical pathways for effective management of common pediatric conditions, ensuring alignment with team-based care practices.

Identify and implement appropriate referral guidelines for specific conditions, ensuring seamless coordination between primary and specialty care providers.

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
Participants will take part in a series of web-based, educational sessions led by faulty from the Neurological Institute at CHLA.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES
Expand your capacity to identify, treat and manage common neurological conditions in primary care pediatrics. Use clinical pathways to manage common neurological conditions within primary care, as well as implement referral guidelines for specific conditions.
